Job Overview:

GoPomelo is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to play a key role in business process optimization and workflow. This role is crucial in promoting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business process optimization, risk management, as well as hands-on daily operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business process optimization, workflow, and business rule settings.
  • Oversee, implement, and promote daily operational management tasks.
  • Conduct daily risk assessment and process monitoring.
  • Compile, verify, analyze, and provide feedback on daily operational data.
  • Assist in business budgeting, rolling forecasts for the sales team, and milestone accounting.
  • Manage sales commissions and bonus calculations.
  • Handle procurement process review and coordination.


  • Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates with relevant operational experience.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong logical thinking, expression, interpersonal communication, and coordination skills; ability to work well in a team.
  • Resilient under pressure, proactive, and strong learning ability.
