Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our expanding team in Indonesia. This role is crucial in driving GoPomelo’s growth in the Indonesian and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing customer relationships, and contributing significantly to our sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and expand our customer base in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
  • Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other channels.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to drive attendance to GoPomelo and Partner led events
  • Direct reporting line to Business Development Director

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Experience in cloud solutions or IT sales is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales or sales development.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver value propositions tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
